Luciano

The “Luciano” kit by Cassie Ann Love (Brace) is a long-sold-out Limited Edition. I originally purchased this kit from MacPherson, and he includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

My version of baby Luciano is truly one-of-a-kind. I have been working on him since 2020, layering his paint over the years and finally completing his rooting in 2026. He is a very special, unique version because I modified his limbs to 1/4 vinyl to make him incredibly poseable and lifelike for photography (prop posing). I hand-cut and sewed his limbs to fit a cloth body perfectly suited for his size. Additionally, I built an internal wire armature for the limbs, allowing him to hold any position you place him in (flexion or extension).

I painted this baby to resemble a delicate newborn using Genesis Heat Set Paints and Matte Varnish, with subtle touches of Satin Varnish in strategic spots to create a natural skin glow. Special Features (Please see photos for details):
• Milia on his nose.
• Small “newborn spots” and 3D texture on the upper lip.
• Tiny “dry skin” textures on wrists and ankles.
• “Sleep crusties” in the eyes.
• Small scratches and tiny pimples on his cheeks.
• Veins and capillaries for a translucent skin effect.

I rooted his hair using two shades: medium brown and dark brown. Both are Premium Alpaca Mohair. His eyelashes are also hand-rooted with the same high-quality fiber.

My version of Luciano features 1/4 vinyl limbs and a soft cloth body; is weighted with glass beads, fine quartz sand and soft polyfil; his head must be supported, as it falls back realistically just like a real infant.

Coming Home: Luciano wears “Newborn” or small “0-3 month” clothing. He will travel home with the outfits shown in the last picture. If you have a preference for the baby’s gender, please let me know! Everything will be beautifully packaged for a wonderful box opening experience.

• This doll HAS a magnet inside the head for a pacifier. I can remove it upon request after the purchase is completed.
